Agencyresponse portal
Coordinated biohazard and trauma scene remediation for police and sheriff departments, coroners, medical examiners and fire agencies. We work to your scene timeline, respect evidentiary boundaries, and provide documentation for your file.
For an active scene or immediate dispatch, always call — do not rely on the form.
How we work with agencies
Scene coordination
We work around your investigation. Nothing is moved until the scene is released to us, and evidence areas are preserved.
Trained and insured
Certified in bloodborne pathogen and biohazard handling, carrying liability cover for the work performed.
Documentation for the file
Photographic records, scope notes and waste disposal manifests supplied in the form your agency requires.
On-call vendor arrangement
We can be added to your rotation so a crew is reachable without a procurement delay.
We wait for your release
We are not investigators and we do not act like one. Our role begins when yours ends — and until that point, we stay out of the scene and out of your way.
Standby on request
Tell us a scene exists and roughly when it may release. We mobilise so a crew is staged and ready.
Release confirmed
We do not enter or touch anything until your investigator or the coroner confirms the scene is released.
Coordinated remediation
We work to your constraints — evidence areas preserved, access routes agreed, no interference with your process.
Documented handback
You receive photographic records, scope notes and disposal manifests for the case file.

Confidentiality and scene sensitivity
Our technicians treat what they see and hear at a scene as confidential, and are trained to that standard. We do not discuss case circumstances, victim identity or scene detail with anyone outside the parties entitled to it. Public statements about our work are general and never case-specific.
If your agency requires a signed confidentiality or non-disclosure agreement before engaging a vendor, send it with your request and we will execute it.
