We don't sell your information

Discretion is built into the service
We do not disclose that we have attended a property. Where we can, we report what was done rather than what happened.
You can ask us to delete it
Subject to a few legal exceptions, you can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.

We collect information in two ways: information you give us, and information collected automatically when you use this website.
Information you provide
When you submit a form on this site — an assessment request, a contact enquiry, or an adjuster claim request — we collect the details you enter. Depending on the form, this may include:

- Property address, city or ZIP code
- Details about the service you are enquiring about
- Information about your property type and urgency
- Whether an insurer is involved in your situation
- Any other details you choose to write in a free-text field
If you contact us by phone or email, we collect the contact details and information you share with us in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, ours records standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view and the site you arrived from. We use this in aggregate to understand how the site is used.
A note about sensitive information
Our online forms are designed for contact and enquiry details only. Please do not submit medical records, Social Security numbers, payment card details or similar highly sensitive information through this website. We do not ask for it and our forms are not built to receive it. If we need something sensitive from you, we will ask for it directly and securely.
2. How We Use Information

3. Why We Are Allowed To Use It

When you submit an enquiry or request an assessment, we use your details to respond to that request.
To perform a contract
Where you have engaged us, we process your information to carry out and bill for the work.
To comply with legal obligations
We keep certain records because the law, our insurers or waste regulations require it.

Operating and securing our business and website, in ways that do not override your rights.
Your consent
Where we ask for it. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
4. Confidentiality & Discretion
Discretion is a core part of what we do, and it affects how we handle information.
We do not disclose to neighbours, landlords, building management or anyone else that we have attended a property or the nature of the situation. Where a third party is entitled to a record of our work — such as the property owner or an insurer — we report what was removed, cleaned and disposed of rather than the personal circumstances surrounding it, unless you have asked us to do otherwise or we are legally required to provide more.
Our technicians are trained to treat what they see and hear as confidential.
6. Service Providers
This website runs on a platform that hosts the site and processes our web forms on our behalf. When you submit a form:
Form processing
Your submission is stored and forwarded to our business email inbox by our website platform acting as our service provider.
Bot and spam protection
Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a submission comes from a real person. It may process technical signals such as your IP address and browser characteristics for that purpose.
Website hosting and delivery
The site is served through content delivery infrastructure, which processes standard request data such as IP address to deliver pages and protect against abuse.
These providers are bound by contract to use your information only to provide their services to us. We do not permit them to use it for their own marketing purposes.
8. How Long We Keep Information
We keep information only as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, plus any period we are required to keep it for legal, insurance, tax or regulatory reasons.
- Enquiries that do not lead to work: kept while we handle your enquiry, then removed within a reasonable period.
- Completed jobs: project and disposal records kept for the period required by applicable regulations and our insurers.
- Financial records: kept for the period required by tax and accounting rules.
- Website analytics: retained in aggregate form on a rolling basis.
Where a legal retention obligation applies, we may not be able to delete records early — see section 11.
9. How We Protect Information
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS) across this website, access controls on our systems and accounts, and limiting access to those who need it to do their work.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant authority as required by law.
10. Your Privacy Rights
Subject to applicable law and certain exceptions, you have the right to:

We will not deny you service or charge you a different price because you exercised a privacy right.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 14. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we will respond within the timeframe the law allows. There is no charge for a reasonable request.
11. California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you additional rights. In the past twelve months, we have collected the categories of personal information described in section 1 — identifiers and contact details, commercial information about services you have enquired about or received, and internet or network activity relating to this website.
We collect this information for the purposes described in section 2 and disclose it only as described in section 5.
We do not sell or share your personal information
We have not sold personal information in the preceding twelve months, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are defined under California law. Because we do not sell or share personal information in this way, there is no opt-out to exercise — but the rights to know, access, correct, delete and limit the use of sensitive personal information still apply to you.
You may exercise these rights, or use an authorised agent to do so on your behalf, by contacting us using the details in section 14. You also have the right to contact the California Privacy Protection Agency or the California Attorney General about a privacy concern.
12. Children's Privacy
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16, and we do not direct our services to children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
13. Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or the law. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on this page. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
